Please read these terms carefully before using Campustore. They explain your rights and responsibilities as a user of our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Campustore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and sellers on Campustore.
2. Eligibility
Campustore is designed for university and college students. You must be at least 16 years old and enrolled at or affiliated with a campus institution to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. Campustore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Permitted Use
Campustore may only be used for lawful campus commerce — buying, selling, and offering legitimate products and services. You agree not to post illegal items, counterfeit goods, or engage in any form of fraud, harassment, or abuse on the platform.
5. Listings and Transactions
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Campustore does not act as a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. All transactions are between users directly.
6. Zero-Fee Beta
During the current beta period, Campustore charges no fees for listings, sales, or use of any platform features. This may change in the future. You will be notified in advance of any fee changes, and continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content — including the Campustore name, logo, design, and code — is the property of Campustore Inc. and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without express written permission. User-submitted content remains the property of the respective user.
8. Termination
Campustore reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account for any violation of these terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. Users may also delete their accounts at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Campustore is provided 'as is' during the beta period. We make no warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, or the conduct of other users. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campustore Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of Campustore after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
